Key Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapy license in California
  • Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students with a variety of physical, behavioral, and developmental challenges
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized intervention plans to meet each student’s educational goals
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for accommodations
  • Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and parents to maximize student success
  • Document ongoing progress, maintaining accurate and timely records per school and district guidelines
  • Foster a positive, encouraging environment to help students gain confidence and skills
