Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in California
- Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and goal setting

Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students with a variety of physical, behavioral, and developmental challenges
- Conduct assessments and create individualized intervention plans to meet each student’s educational goals
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations for accommodations
- Collaborate with teachers, other therapists, and parents to maximize student success
- Document ongoing progress, maintaining accurate and timely records per school and district guidelines
- Foster a positive, encouraging environment to help students gain confidence and skills
