Qualifications:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Prior experience or strong knowledge of school-based occupational therapy practices
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement effective intervention strategies for students ages K-12
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, families, and teachers
• Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, design and deliver individualized therapy programs, and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ functional skills within the school environment
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing insight and recommendations to promote student success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Contribute to a supportive and positive learning atmosphere, championing inclusion and access for all students
