Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in California
- Experience supporting students in educational or pediatric settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Adaptability and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to assess students, develop intervention plans, and track progress
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Collaborate with educators and IEP teams to integrate therapy into students’ individualized education plans
- Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress using school-approved systems
- Support students with diverse abilities, addressing fine motor skills, self-care, sensory integration, and classroom participation
- Communicate effectively with families and staff to promote student success
