Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in California
  • Experience supporting students in educational or pediatric settings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Adaptability and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to assess students, develop intervention plans, and track progress

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Collaborate with educators and IEP teams to integrate therapy into students’ individualized education plans
  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress using school-approved systems
  • Support students with diverse abilities, addressing fine motor skills, self-care, sensory integration, and classroom participation
  • Communicate effectively with families and staff to promote student success
