A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available for a school-based contract assignment in San Francisco, CA. This role supports a diverse K-12 caseload, providing specialized occupational therapy services within a school setting. The position requires a therapist skilled in delivering individualized interventions aimed at improving students’ functional abilities, participation, and success in the educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students' occupational therapy needs in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Develop and implement therapeutic interventions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-help skills
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports as required
• Participate in IEP meetings to provide professional recommendations and updates on student progress

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of California
• Experience working with school-aged children, ideally across a K-12 caseload
• Knowledge of school-based therapy protocols and special education frameworks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with school teams
