Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
- Experience working with K-12th grade students, preferably in a school environment
- Knowledge of IEP development and implementation
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized occupational therapy services to a varied K-12 caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with individual student goals
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate strategies across settings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and legal standards
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations
