Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Current licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in California
• Experience providing occupational therapy in school-based settings is highly valued
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and parents
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation
• Pleasant, flexible, and adaptive approach to working within diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and determine students’ needs for occupational therapy services
• Develop targeted interventions and therapy sessions tailored to individual student IEPs
• Monitor and document student progress while adjusting strategies as needed
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals and classroom participation
• Offer consultative support and professional recommendations to educators and parents
• Maintain accurate records and timely reports according to school and regulatory requirements
