Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid California OT license.
- Previous experience in schools, teletherapy, home health, or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
- Comfortable with IEP processes, goal setting, and collaborating with school staff.
- Strong communication and tech skills for both in-person and virtual models.
- Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct OT services to K-12 students as outlined in IEPs.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to maximize student progress.
- Provide OT interventions both onsite and through teletherapy as needed.
- Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings.
- Consult with families and staff regarding adaptive equipment and classroom modifications.
