Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid California OT license.
• Previous experience in schools, teletherapy, home health, or pediatric settings strongly preferred.

• Strong communication and tech skills for both in-person and virtual models.
• Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct OT services to K-12 students as outlined in IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to maximize student progress.
• Provide OT interventions both onsite and through teletherapy as needed.
• Document student progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Consult with families and staff regarding adaptive equipment and classroom modifications.
