Step into a rewarding full-time contract opportunity supporting K-12 students across five charter schools in dynamic Peninsula and San Lorenzo communities. Utilize your expertise as an Occupational Therapist to help students achieve their academic and functional goals throughout the entire school year.

Your role will enable you to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, teachers, and families, providing tailored occupational therapy services within both classroom and individual settings. You’ll thrive in an environment that values innovation, flexibility, and a commitment to student success.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current California OT license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-based occupational therapy
  • Knowledge of IEP processes, goal writing, and progress monitoring
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites in the Peninsula (Redwood City/East Palo Alto) and San Lorenzo area
  • Experience with charter schools is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across five charter school campuses
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Support and coach teachers and staff on strategies to maximize student engagement and participation
  • Maintain timely documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that prioritizes student independence and well-being
