Desired Qualifications:
- Valid California Occupational Therapist licensure or eligibility
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ abilities and needs in collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop and deliver engaging therapy sessions aimed at enhancing academic and life skills
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and staff to create adaptive classroom strategies and accommodations
- Educate families and staff on intervention techniques and adaptive equipment as needed
