Qualifications:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Experience working with school-aged children or in educational settings preferred
  • Strong ability to assess, create, and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services in accordance with students’ IEPs
  • Conduct evaluations and maintain thorough, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
  • Develop strategies and accommodations to support student access to the curriculum
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and planning processes
  • Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
