Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid California Occupational Therapist licensure or eligibility
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and implement effective, individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ abilities and needs in collaboration with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Develop and deliver engaging therapy sessions aimed at enhancing academic and life skills
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Consult with teachers and staff to create adaptive classroom strategies and accommodations
  • Educate families and staff on intervention techniques and adaptive equipment as needed
