Qualifications:
- Valid California OT licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous occupational therapy experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and assessment abilities
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently and collaboratively
- Genuine passion for helping students achieve their fullest potential
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and provide individualized OT services for students with a range of needs
- Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans and individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain thorough, compliant documentation of services and progress
- Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student success
