Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in California
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school setting preferred
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to travel between school sites as needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students according to IEP specifications
• Assess student needs and develop targeted intervention plans to promote participation and functional independence
• Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to ensure coordinated student support
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reports
• Adapt work environment, activities, and materials to enhance student access
• Provide resources and strategies for school staff to foster inclusive educational experiences

As you support students in achieving their fullest potential, you’ll be working full-time (40 hours per week) and earning between $55 and $65 hourly, commensurate with your background and experience.
