What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Occupational Therapist license in California
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
  • Passion for helping students develop functional and academic skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to assess students’ functional abilities in school environments
  • Design and implement individualized OT interventions tailored to student needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and participation
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
  • Provide consultative support and training for educators and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
