Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of California

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized assessments to determine students’ needs and strengths
- Develop and execute targeted intervention plans to enhance students’ functional abilities in the classroom
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and support staff to ensure cohesive student support
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for accommodations or modifications
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
- Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student development and independence
