Key Qualifications:

• Efficient documentation and record keeping abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individualized assessments to determine students’ needs and strengths
• Develop and execute targeted intervention plans to enhance students’ functional abilities in the classroom
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and support staff to ensure cohesive student support
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering insights and recommendations for accommodations or modifications
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as necessary
• Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student development and independence
