Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current OT license for practice in California
• Successful completion of NBCOT exam
• Prior experience with K-12 students in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy strategies to meet the unique needs of individual students
• Experience with IEP development and documentation is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Assess, plan, and implement developmentally appropriate OT interventions
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other school professionals to create and monitor individualized student plans
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with school and state requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide expertise to support student outcomes
• Educate staff and families on strategies to support students’ progress outside therapy sessions
