Location:

• On-site positions based in San Jose, California

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions across 3 to 4 school sites, including preschool, elementary, middle, and high school levels
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed to meet student goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches supporting student success
