Location:
- On-site positions based in San Jose, California
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions across 3 to 4 school sites, including preschool, elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed to meet student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state regulations
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary approaches supporting student success
