What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California OT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Ability to assess and address the needs of students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for empowering students to reach their fullest potential

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive OT services to students across various grade levels
• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, record data, and document progress as required
• Deliver direct therapy interventions tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success strategies
• Educate school staff and parents on sensory, fine motor, and self-care skill development to enhance inclusion
• Adapt and modify activities and environments to maximize student independence and participation
