Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Current California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
  • Experience working with children or in school-based settings preferred
  • Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
  • Strong organizational skills to manage caseload and documentation efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess students’ functional abilities and develop targeted interventions
  • Deliver engaging occupational therapy sessions to support students’ academic, behavioral, and functional goals
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor student progress
  • Consult regularly with educational teams to tailor supports to each student’s needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of student plans
