Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility for licensure).
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting, especially with TK–5th grade students.
• Strong ability to assess students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families.
• Efficient time management and documentation abilities.

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students and document needs related to fine motor, sensory processing, and adaptive skills.
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored for individual or small group sessions.
• Collaborate with teachers and educational staff to support classroom adaptations.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide clear, concise progress reports.
• Support students in developing skills for school participation, from handwriting to functional tasks.
