Covering 8 hours per week, your schedule will consist of two mornings (approximately 8:30 am–12:30 pm), offering a great balance between work and personal life.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in the educational journeys of elementary students during the 2026–2027 school year, addressing a range of needs in close coordination with dedicated staff and caring families. Your skills will help empower students to participate actively and confidently in their school environment.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • California state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Experience working with children in school settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of sensory, physical, and cognitive development in elementary-aged students
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to collaborative work with educators, administrators, and families

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments and evaluating students' functional abilities
  • Designing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborating with teachers to adapt classroom strategies and promote inclusion
  • Providing direct and consultative therapy services to students
  • Participating in IEP meetings and documenting progress
