Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in school settings preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with children and diverse student populations
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students with a range of needs
  • Collaborate with educational staff to adapt activities and environments for student success
  • Maintain compliance with school, state, and federal documentation requirements
  • Participate in student support meetings, IEPs, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
