• Active or eligible Occupational Therapy licensure in California
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred, though enthusiastic new graduates will be considered
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and educational teams
• Knowledge of IEP processes and documentation standards
• Ability to develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students referred for OT services
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans within the educational environment
• Collaborate with teachers, service providers, and families to support students’ academic and functional performance
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide thorough reports on student progress
• Document services, maintain compliance with federal and state guidelines, and consistently advocate for students’ needs
• Deliver both direct and consultative support as appropriate
