Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
  • Prior experience working in a school setting
  • Quick adaptability and readiness to “hit the ground running”
  • Commitment to serving students from elementary grade levels
  • Availability for a full-time contract, with part-time possible
  • On-site presence required
  • COTAs are not accepted for this role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services for a full caseload at the elementary school level
  • Address IEP goals for students requiring support during a colleague's medical leave
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Maintain documentation and reports aligned with district and legal standards
  • Adapt to changing district-wide priorities and procedures
