Ideal candidates bring experience working within school settings, collaborating with educators and families to help students succeed academically and socially. You'll serve as a valued member of each campus, traveling between locations as you deliver high-quality, individualized therapy services.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with current credentials
  • Previous experience as a school-based OT strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff
  • Ability to manage caseload across multiple campuses
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
  • Commitment to culturally responsive and inclusive practices

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to student needs
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in small groups
  • Collaborate with special education and classroom teachers on accommodations and modifications
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
  • Document progress and maintain up-to-date records as required
  • Support staff and families with training and resources for at-home strategies
