Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in schools and a passion for pediatric therapy
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload across different school sites
- Flexibility and adaptability for travel between campuses
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive OT services to students across five charter schools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings, assessments, and program reviews
