Make a meaningful impact as a part-time Occupational Therapist supporting students across PreK to 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year. Key Details:

  • Contract dates: August 10, 2026, through May 13, 2027
  • Schedule: 1 day per month, 7.5 hours per visit
  • Caseload: 13-14 students
  • Supervision of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) required

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Arizona
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable supervising and mentoring a COTA
  • Experience or enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations, from preschool to high school

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and develop individualized therapy plans for students in accordance with educational goals
  • Provide direct OT services on a monthly basis, ensuring high-quality therapeutic interventions
  • Monitor student progress and collaborate with educational teams
  • Supervise and support a COTA, ensuring adherence to treatment protocols and documentation standards
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student success and participation
