Qualifications:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapist licensure in California
- Prior experience as an OT within a school setting, preferably with PK-8th grade students
- Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering student independence and functional skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy interventions based on student IEPs
- Assess students’ needs and update documentation consistent with school and district protocols
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress updates, and contribute to educational plans
- Maintain accurate and timely case records, tracking student goals and service delivery
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive school climate for all learners
