Qualifications:

• Masters or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of California
• Prior experience in school or pediatric occupational therapy strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and time-management skills
• Ability to adapt to the diverse and dynamic needs of K-12 students

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and assess students’ needs to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote students’ participation and achievement
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by district and regulatory guidelines
• Attend IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and future recommendations
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training sessions
