What We’re Looking For:

• Valid OT license (or eligibility) for practice in Utah
• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Previous school-based OT experience preferred, but enthusiastic new grads are encouraged to apply
• Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and progress-monitoring skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Collaborative mindset and a passion for working with diverse student populations

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans to enhance participation and performance in school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support students’ IEP goals
• Directly provide therapy services both one-on-one and in small group settings
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress, making adjustments as necessary
• Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines
• Offer expertise and resources to school teams regarding modifications and adaptations that foster student success
