Desired Qualifications:

• Active, valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license for North Carolina
• Experience providing OT services in a school setting or similar pediatric environment
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and support staff
• Strong communication skills—for both students and families
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations and adapting plans as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs related to motor skills, sensory processing, and daily functioning within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with education teams
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services and track student progress toward established goals
• Provide consultation to teachers and staff for supporting students’ access to curriculum and participation in classroom activities
• Document all services, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with school policies and best practices
• Attend and contribute to IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings as required
