Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current California OT license (active and in good standing)
• Previous experience providing occupational therapy in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to design and implement effective therapy plans for children of various ages and abilities
• Experience with IEP development and participation in multidisciplinary teams a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and skill levels
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services within the school environment
