A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available in Compton, CA, supporting a diverse K-12 student population on-site. This contract position spans approximately 40 hours per week, serving students throughout the school year with the possibility of summer work and contract renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school district and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in meetings, evaluations, and progress reviews as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification.
  • Previous experience delivering OT services within a school setting preferred.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with K-12 educational environments and related therapeutic practices.
