Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly desirable
• Ability to assess, design, and implement effective therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
• Strong communication skills for working with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adaptability and organizational excellence in a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' fine motor, sensory, and developmental needs
• Develop and deliver individualized and group therapy sessions that support students’ IEP goals
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to adapt classroom environments for student access and participation
• Communicate progress and recommendations clearly to families and contribute to IEP meetings
• Keep accurate records and comply with privacy, ethical, and procedural guidelines
