You will provide essential OT services to a caseload of 57 K-12 students spread across five schools, with the benefit of support from a COTA two days a week. Whether you’re experienced in schools, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy, your ability to adapt and collaborate is key to thriving in this dynamic role. Plus, with the assignment running from September to December 2026 (and a possible extension through April) you’ll have stability while contributing to a school community.

Qualifications:

  • Valid CA Occupational Therapist licensure
  • Experience in school, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare OT settings
  • Strong fine motor skills development background
  • Ability to collaborate with staff, families, and support (COTA) team
  • Experience with K-12 student populations preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite OT services to assigned students, supporting IEP goals and developmental progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and district staff to optimize student outcomes
  • Travel between up to five local school campuses as needed
  • Document and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
