You will work approximately 8 hours weekly, on-site from about 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, for the 2026-2027 school year.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Current California OT license in good standing
  • Previous experience or solid knowledge of providing therapy in a school environment
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver targeted occupational therapy services to TK-5th students, adapting interventions to help each child succeed in their educational setting
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals specific to students’ needs
  • Conduct assessments, craft progress reports, and maintain thorough documentation
  • Consult with teachers and educational staff, providing recommendations for classroom accommodations and strategies
  • Engage families to support carryover of therapy activities at home
  • Participate in IEP meetings as a valued member of the interdisciplinary team
