Engage with a diverse caseload that includes 22 students for direct therapy and 13 served through consultation. You’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to nurture student growth, promote educational access, and enable each learner to achieve their fullest potential.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Valid, current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
  • Commitment to inclusive practices and a student-centered approach
  • Ability to manage multiple school sites and varying caseloads efficiently

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students based on individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct evaluations and develop targeted intervention strategies
  • Serve as a consultant and resource to teachers, staff, and families to support student needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all services rendered
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
  • Contribute to professional development for staff as needed
  • Travel between three school sites as part of a collaborative team
