Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active OT license in the state of California
  • Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings is highly desirable

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive OT services to a pediatric caseload within a school environment
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized intervention strategies to support student independence, motor skills, and functional success
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals and educators to develop and deliver effective IEPs and 504 plans
  • Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Educate and provide resources to staff and families to promote carryover and best practices
