Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California
• Experience working in school settings, preferably with TK-5th grade students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of IEP procedures and documentation
• Ability to develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to students' needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students with varying needs, enhancing their participation in classroom activities and daily routines
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and progress reports
• Provide support and resources to teachers and families regarding adaptive strategies and interventions
