As an integral school-based therapist, you’ll:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for TK–5th grade students
  • Develop and implement customized intervention plans targeting fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to build supportive strategies
  • Track student progress, maintain accurate documentation, and adjust plans as needed
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights for individualized programming
  • Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs

Ideal candidates bring:

  • A valid CA Occupational Therapist license
  • Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or related setting
