Occupational Therapist School Setting in Saratoga, CA

Step into a rewarding role supporting students through full-time Occupational Therapy services across three local schools. In this dynamic contract opportunity, you’ll collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to address students’ individual needs and positively shape their educational experience. The current caseload includes 22 students receiving direct intervention and 13 consultative cases, offering a balanced and engaging mix of responsibilities.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload and coordinate between multiple campuses
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and group OT interventions as outlined in students’ IEPs
• Provide consultative guidance to educators and staff on accommodations and strategies
• Develop, implement, and monitor progress toward student therapy goals
• Document services and maintain timely, detailed records
• Communicate progress and collaborate with families and school personnel
• Contribute to IEP meetings and participate in team planning sessions

Pay for this position ranges from $55 to $70 per hour, recognizing your specialized expertise and dedication.
