This full-time contract position follows a standard school year schedule—Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, beginning with a meeting day on September 2nd, and wrapping up on June 24th. The caseload includes eight sessions a day, serving MTSS and general education students, allowing for diverse, meaningful intervention.

You will collaborate in a shared therapy space with a Physical Therapist, fostering interdisciplinary teamwork. The setting offers stability and consistency, with compensation available for snow days recognized by the school calendar.

What will set you up for success in this role:

  • Valid credentials and current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Background in school-based OT with experience supporting MTSS and general education populations
  • Ability to adapt interventions for a range of student abilities and needs

  • Comfort working in a shared therapy environment and adapting to the flow of the school day

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting OT assessments and delivering targeted therapies to students across K-5th grades
  • Maintaining up-to-date, compliant documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
  • Partnering with school staff and families to support student goals
  • Flexibly adjusting to the school calendar and schedule, including snow days
