Beginning in late Fall, this full-time contract role invites a compassionate and skilled OT to work closely with students and staff, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment that promotes student success.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and current OT licensure.
• Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of IEP documentation and implementation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs and learning styles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students, addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and classroom participation.
• Conduct assessments and participate in the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure comprehensive student support.
• Maintain regular documentation and progress reports in line with school policies.
• Deliver both direct and consultative OT services based on student needs.
• Remain flexible and responsive to varying caseloads and priorities during the coverage period.
