Key Qualifications:

• Active occupational therapy license in Pennsylvania required
• Ability to provide, or obtain, all necessary Pennsylvania clearances
• Prior experience in school settings is highly valued
• Background working with early childhood or younger children is essential
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Commitment to onsite work in early childhood programs in Lackawanna County

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in early childhood educational environments
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support individual student goals
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for all learners
