Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Active Delaware OT (Occupational Therapist) license required; will consider experienced COTAs.
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.

  • Flexibility for in-person service with potential for virtual by August.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to K–6th grade students 2 full days each week.
  • Dedicate 1/2 day for meetings, consultations, and student testing.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student goals.
  • Adapt interventions to meet individual student needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed.
