Pediatric School Occupational Therapist | Seaside, California

Make an impact supporting students near the beautiful coastal community outside Seaside, CA with your expertise as an occupational therapist, speech-language pathologist (CCC, SLP Healthcare or SLP Pediatrics), or a speech-language pathology assistant (SLPA). Preferred backgrounds and experience:

• Active or pending state OT license or credential as SLP-CCC, SLP Healthcare, SLP Pediatrics, or SLPA (school or healthcare settings)
• Prior work in schools is valued but not required—your passion for pediatric settings and student services is what matters most
• W-2 contract employment eligibility
• Enthusiasm to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team approach
• Dedication to evidence-based practices and student-centered care

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing therapeutic interventions that address students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Completing timely assessments and accurate progress reporting
• Facilitating communication between teachers, families, and support staff
• Engaging in multidisciplinary team meetings to optimize student outcomes
• Maintaining thorough documentation for direct and indirect services
• Fostering an environment that encourages learning, growth, and inclusion
