Occupational Therapist – School Setting
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 2025-26 School Year (Contract)

A full-time Occupational Therapist opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Seattle, WA, for the 2025-26 academic year. This position involves supporting students' developmental and functional needs by implementing tailored OT interventions to enhance their learning experiences and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students requiring occupational therapy services
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals and progress
• Provide direct therapy services focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive techniques
• Document and monitor student performance and progress in compliance with educational and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional expertise to student support strategies

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Washington
• Experience working in educational or pediatric settings, preferably K-12 schools
• Strong knowledge of school-based OT practices and special education regulations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a full caseload effectively while maintaining accurate records

Schedule and Duration:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Initial contract: First semester (September 3, 2025 – December 19, 2025) with high potential to extend through the end of the school year
