Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington
- ESA certification required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but not mandatory
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services to a diverse K–12 caseload
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other multidisciplinary staff to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing valuable input and maintaining thorough documentation
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans targeting students' unique needs
