School Occupational Therapist - Seattle, Washington

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington
• ESA certification required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but not mandatory

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver both direct and indirect therapy services to a diverse K–12 caseload
• Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other multidisciplinary staff to maximize student outcomes
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, providing valuable input and maintaining thorough documentation
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans targeting students' unique needs
