Desired Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Washington State
- Experience providing OT services within school settings preferred
- Ability to evaluate and implement IEPs for students with diverse needs
- Strong interpersonal abilities to foster effective communication with staff, students, and families
- Organizational skills to manage caseload documentation and scheduling
- Innovative approach and adaptability in dynamic educational environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments of students’ functional skills and sensory-motor abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in various learning environments
- Maintain detailed progress notes and required documentation
- Deliver interventions individually and in small group settings
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing professional input to guide student services
