This opportunity offers the chance to work onsite with a diverse caseload of K-12 students for the 2026-2027 academic year, from August 17, 2026, to June 16, 2027. You’ll play a key role in helping students thrive academically and socially, all within a collaborative educational setting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Washington Occupational Therapy license and certification required
- Completion of fingerprinting and clearance through OSPI mandatory
- Prior experience working with K-12 student populations in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to provide individualized and group therapy services tailored to student needs
- Passion for advancing student development and engagement
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to a caseload of up to 30 K-12 students onsite
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in team meetings
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student participation and progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation on student progress
- Educate and train staff and caregivers on strategies to support student success
- Help foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment
