Requirements & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Washington state OT license or eligibility to obtain
• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
• Knowledge of a variety of assessment tools and therapy strategies
• Ability to navigate virtual documentation systems and maintain detailed records

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ strengths and needs
• Develop and deliver individualized therapy interventions in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Monitor, document, and report student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Educate staff and families on strategies for supporting students’ motor development
• Adapt educational materials and environments to enhance student participation
• Stay current on best practices and professional development within your field
