Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students with a range of needs.
  • Implement direct therapy services and monitor student progress.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
  • Collaborate with educators and families to integrate therapy strategies into classroom and home routines.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports.
  • Stay current with best practices in school-based OT.
