Now Hiring: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) | Seattle, WA | 2026–2027 School Year

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a supportive school team in Seattle, WA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a 4-day-per-week opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop the skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.  School site located in the South Seattle area.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Support student participation and independence in the school setting

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Washington OT license (or eligibility) and ESA cert
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $45.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
