Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract position with a school district in Seattle, Washington. We are looking for a dedicated OT to join our team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine students' needs in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals.

• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings.

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Active Washington Occupational Therapy license is required (or willingness to obtain prior to start).

• Educational Staff Associate (ESA) Certification is required (or eligibility to obtain).

• OSPI Fingerprint Clearance is required (must be fingerprinted through OSPI or willing to complete the process).

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
