Occupational Therapist/ COTA - Seattle, WA

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Occupational Therapist and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support students. Opportunities include both full school year assignments through the end of the school year and maternity leave coverage positions.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide school-based occupational therapy services to students with a variety of needs.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments related to fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor integration, self-care, and functional school performance. 
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies aligned with student educational goals. 
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success. 
• Support students with handwriting, fine motor skills, sensory regulation, organization, and activities of daily living within the school setting. 

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant credentials.
• School-based experience preferred but not required.
• Must be eligible to obtain/apply for Washington ESA Certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
