You will provide direct care to a small caseload of three students, dedicating roughly 3–5 hours per week on campus. For those seeking a slightly expanded schedule, there is potential to combine hours with a nearby charter school, creating a weekly commitment of approximately 10 hours.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Expertise in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for pediatric or elementary-age students
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with both educators and families
• Ability to work independently and adhere to the specific requirements of school-based therapy programs
• COTA applicants are not currently being considered; a fully credentialed OT is needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy to elementary students according to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document session notes, progress reports, and goal achievement as required by school systems
