This full-time, onsite contract role starts in August 2026 and continues through May 2027, offering the opportunity to work with an inspiring K-12 student population. The setting is supportive, collaborative, and focused on helping each student overcome obstacles and realize their full potential.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active OT state licensure (or eligibility) for Florida
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEPs, assessments, and individualized treatment planning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative mindset for working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized occupational therapy plans for students
  • Deliver direct therapy services onsite according to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to promote student participation and access to learning
  • Contribute to the IEP process, including regular meetings and progress reports
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with educational and legal guidelines
  • Offer strategies and resources for students, families, and staff to facilitate functional independence
