Occupational Therapist School Setting - Sebring, FL

Make an impact supporting students’ growth and development as a school-based Occupational Therapist in a contract position for the 2026-2027 academic year. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity, serving K-12 students and collaborating with educators, administrators, and families to promote the best possible outcomes.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure as an OT)
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Understanding of IEP process and knowledge of school-based practice
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
• Passion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and participate in the development of IEPs for K-12 students
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in individual and group settings
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate and communicate with families, educators, and staff
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state standards
• Contribute insights and expertise during team meetings
