Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
  • Previous experience working in school settings or with K-12 populations preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to tailor interventions to meet a variety of student needs and learning styles
  • A passion for fostering growth, confidence, and independence in children and adolescents

Your Role Will Include:

  • Delivering direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to development of individualized educational plans
  • Conducting assessments and developing measurable, student-centered treatment goals
  • Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into daily routines
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and services provided

This full-time, onsite contract offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule through the academic year, with start and end dates from August 2026 through May 2027. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a supportive multidisciplinary team dedicated to student success and well-being.
