Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure as an OT)
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Understanding of IEP process and knowledge of school-based practice
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for supporting students from diverse backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and participate in the development of IEPs for K-12 students
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions in individual and group settings
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Educate and communicate with families, educators, and staff
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state standards
  • Contribute insights and expertise during team meetings
