Desired qualifications and experience:
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an Occupational Therapist
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Prior experience or strong interest in working within school settings
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation

Responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations to determine student needs in occupational therapy
- Designing and delivering evidence-based therapy to help students achieve their goals
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate interventions
- Maintaining accurate records in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to support student success
- Advocating for students’ needs within the educational team
- Supporting classroom adaptations and providing staff training when needed
