Requirements and Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy
• Valid OT license (or eligible for licensure) in Washington State
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse student needs
• Passion for promoting student independence and success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Assess and document students’ functional abilities, needs, and progress
• Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and district policies
• Support classroom accommodations and recommend adaptive equipment as needed
