• Strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt interventions to diverse learning and home environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, in both school and home settings as needed
• Evaluate students’ needs, develop individualized treatment goals, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support student functional participation in educational programs
• Contribute to IEP meetings and help integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom and daily routines
• Provide training and resources to educational staff and families to ensure continuity of care
• Regularly assess progress and adjust therapy plans to maximize student success
